What is the value of UNS?

That is a question I asked a long time ago and no one answered.

Take all the IP (product portfolio), institutional knowledge (production techniques) and the sales contracts and put a value on them. Then take that value and divide by outstanding shares.

Yes to wake up and see UNS down every morning does get depressing but then I think about value. I still believe it is worth more than my averaged entry point even if UNS runs out of $$$.

To be wrong the value of the contracts UNS received has to be close to zero (0).

I would be surprised if a competitor has not stepped up and offered an all stock buyout. I would be surprised if a private equity fund has not stepped up and offered an all cash buyout. I would be surprised if the offer is less than my entry point.

A deal will get done because UNS is too valuable to let slip into the wilderness. I am confident that it will not be the .49c per share that NASDAQ has affixed to it as of this writing.
