The value is, what is some other company willing to pay - not what you or I value it at or even MS.
And they will be trying to buy it as cheap as they can. Yes they will have to make a realistic offer if they really want to buy it or part of - because hopefully there are other people interested also. That is the unknown - what value do they put on it. The PFS deals are still 1-2 yrs from ramp volume so the value is smaller now than then. Same with the WI. I put a value of $200-500M and more to the lower end - and I am being hopeful I think - it could be lower.

The other side of the coin is if we don't get some cash in the next few weeks it will be shut the doors.

Read my other post for a possible SP after all this finishes. Probably 50-100c US. JMHO.
