what is there ever to be ashamed of

    my understanding of shame is that it is a learnt response
    take e.g the number of people who are ashamed of their naked bodies
    I don't know about any of you but I've never ever done anything in my life that i'm ashamed of
    and hence I really don't understand shame or why people would ever feel it
