Do you really believe Shell pays $75M for just 2% (Wow sound good!)?
How about the 68% Crux NXS handed over to Shell? did it pay a cent?
I think the deal is very disappointing in term of Value.
What other income left for NXS from now till post 2020? Only Lontom and Lontom is not looking good. $75M is not enough for the next >8 years for further Lontom drill/Crux explorer/paying board for their salary and bonus, even you count in the cash flow from Lontom.
The value left for NXS maybe (or maybe not)more than the current SP capital, but really NXS has nothing much left to show.
having said that, I have no idea where the SP up to, but one thing seems almost certain: NXS's uncertainty is gone, along with its potential. No much left for this company.
