Here's an estimate of ozs in ground and projected Mt Monger production compiled by ASX Spotlight circa early 2012.

34 million tonnes @ 3.4g/t for 3.8 million oz!

It staggers me why the share price continues to languish so much despite the gold price remaining weak and also when you consider SLR asset backing is 69c/share!

"The Mount Monger Operations currently produce 200,000 ounces per annum. Silver Lake is targeting to increase production from the Mount Monger Operations to ~300,000 ounces per annum in 2014 via mining from multiple underground and open pit ore sources. Silver Lake’s Mount Monger Operations have a current JORC resource of 34.0 million tonnes at 3.4 g/t for 3.8 million ounces of gold inclusive of 10 million tonnes at 2.9 g/t Au for 923,000 ounces (refer to table 1)."

If SLR ever produces 300,000 oz from Mt Monger, it's share price should hit a dollar.

Makes one wonder; is something rotten in Denmark? Or is it as Colinchi purports, the market is positioning for a big fall in the PoG?
