Thank you for trying to save Noxopharm shareholders.

I think you will find that the prospectus for Noxopharm asserted that the NOX66 IP was owned by Noxopharm. This assertion would have been tested by legal and patent experts as part of the stringent ASX vetting process, so you can take it to the bank that the ASX found this claim to be true.

When Noxopharm listed in August 2016 it closed at 16.5 cents, compared to 10 cents for Novogen. Today Noxopharm sits at about 80 cents, compared to 4 cents for Novogen. The pity for Novogen shareholders, of which I had been one for almost 20 years, was that the fall of the Novogen SP was entirely predictable.
