The main issues are pubs and clubs are not required to vet or police their patrons and that most people who use gaming services are not money laundering yet they are investigated and treated like they could be. Guilty until they prove they are innocent. Then on top of that the people who are actually trying to launder money are not prosecuted they are just turned away and will just launder their money elsewhere in shell companies, real estate or pubs and clubs. They are not stopping money laundering they are just redirecting it to other places where it is much harder to track.
