I have chickened out of Class actions a number of times but I’m think in joining this one.
Just like someone’s interpretation of 2.3(b) wording. ‘at a time prior to the relevant period, entered into a contract yourself to acquire an interest Star Share’s, which you retained through the relevant period.
Does that mean, shares were only purchased when it was formally known as The Star group or would it include such periods when it was call Echo etc
