Doesn't it provide back door listing on AIM?
Doesn't it provide more channels to market for the CTAM technology and open up great distribution possibilities throughout Europe and Middle East? and ongoing royalties?
Even if the 1.850 million pounds in cash to senetas as a one off is included in the 'in excess of 11mill before tax' figure (lets hope it helps it well in excess) Sen are looking at whats best for the future.
Ethernet is going to be the real $ earner.
Sen are doing a good job so far moving forward in minimising reliance on safenet, they are just hopeless at investor relations and in explaining their announcements properly.
