I would imagine there will be a buy-in scheme, i.e., DFS, PFS completion. BOC would pick up extra % for each milestone achieved. There needs to be incentive on the table. If the BOG want to be free carried, then they would probably need to offer the first right of refusal for an additional % and I would like to think that would need to be close to the 50% mark.
