Over the past three months a total of 161 rigs have resumed drilling with most of them busy in the Permian Basin of West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.

What does the above mean, it signals that the recovery of oil and the support industry is now in motion and if securing drilling contracts at these rock bottom prices are not done soon, central petroleum who needs to drill baby drill as part of that massive 55 -75 million dollar JV drilling committement will be paying a hell of a lot more.

For an organisation lkke central petroleum who has little money, required to find significant funds (dilution) and place boots on ground and final drill, any penny squeezing opportunity must be grabed.
