Temper those expectations just a little.......as i think they may be chewing through their best dirt to sugar coat the assets valuation.
I have no evidence they are or aren't...but that's what a short term manager looking to sell would do (which is what the Admin guys are!)
Time will tell......just hoping a bigger fish comes along and takes over.
