This was my second attempt at highlighting what many many missed here. This is the new benchmark. Investors were talking about Prizm a few years ago remember? Now look at what's just taken place. Sure, it's not in our backyard, but still goes to show how much this space values this kind of business. As I said, what happens when all the other business lines rev up, not to mention the other 'ready for market' business lines come online?
