Unlike Labor, the libs have been very good at leaders stepping down for the good of the party (if needed). Downer, Bailieu, etc.
The only people frothing about Turnbull at the Labor party because
a) They like him more than the current Labor crop
b) Feeding the rumour destabilises the government which is good for Shorten (who is raider's "one eyed man" at the moment).
