well this is as bad as it gets for treasury. whatever happens, price will bottom in next 2 weeks at most, then slow recovery or at least flat. i don't think anyone knows what the bottom really is, i was thinking $7 too looking at fundies' valuations, but panic and shorters might push it lower. best strategy is probably to buy slowly over the next 2 weeks, i will be doing that.
