Yeah key is not to buy too hard too early if it has room to run down.
Honestly, the market (and those who invest in it) can be seriously short sighted hence market sentiment shifting stocks pretty quickly at the moment.
Westfields was one I bought at the 52 week lows (now up 40% +) as there was no way that business wasn't going to recover, same can be said for TWE. Smart money will get on when the time is right and reap the rewards.
