to understand what is happening here you need to have a close look at how this company was put together.This was a spin out from Drake resources(DRK)and a wealth creation exercise for the directors.Major Investors in perth challenged management about this deal.In the end the number one shareholder in drake ,Cazaley Resourses, voted against it and another top ten shareholder sold his holding in in disgust.The story is now well known in perth investment circles and management are on the nose so dont expect to see support for this stock anytime soon.
