The options are kind of an interesting one. Most LIC IPOs seem to include them but it creates this big overhang in the stock until they expire. I cant really see URB trading far off the $1.10 mark until they start paying dividends (most likely in the first half of next year) and the options expire but have been watching for a while and figure its as good a time as any to get in. Pitt Street real estate partners (which are selecting the properties for them) seem to have been a big success at SOL however they dont move the dial much at the parent company because of its huge scale. This exposure is the most appealing part of the investment for me.
