Which might be ok, except.....staff costs were....wait for it...$20M per quarter!!!! $80M pa. So no wonder its falling with the losses they are making. Anyone know what all these "staff" are doing for a platform which should be deployed over the net?
I tried to get a look at their online demo, and they wouldnt show it unless someone contacted me, so they are coy about divulging what they offer. The old "let our sales people get their claws into you to close a deal" type of marketing....(desperate).
The Mcap must have been $1.5B+ when it IPO'd , thats way too high for their cash flows. Why are they listing to get public funding? Their business should be growing organically if they are the world's No 1 hotel platform as they claim on their website? (Hint: claim taken with a grain of salt)
This has all the hallmarks of being another overpriced IPO...NXL, ART, 360, etc..... punters get sucked in all the time. This things needs to go below $2 to achieve some sort of sensible valuation. Chart is really only going in one direction - down!
