Mate LGL will rebound the question is when so if you have some cash without margin the probability of LGL going up is good and nobody knows how far this thing will go down in the meantime.
The best scenario is for the index to go up and POG to go up too, as any big stock like LGL is part of the index where funds will have to buy.
It of course can go down a lot lower if the price of gold crash but if you believe that the US economy is in a big trouble and as you know the governments around the world are flooding the market with money then gold should keep going up in fact a lot higher than it is today, it may take time but it should go higher.
There is a big possibility of US dollar going down more this is where gold will fly, then LGL should go up a lot more.
Mate if you can hold when the price come down then it looks at this price LGL is a good buy, it is better to get in at a small parcel so you can take more if the price goes lower, looking at the price of gold tonight and the DOW it looks LGL is going up in our market later today.
We only lose money when we get into too much margin, those the ones that has no margin or 20 30% margin has no problems if we have 65, 75, 85% margin then we get scared and get killed at the end and we got out at the wrong time for the wrong reasons.
So mate it is a matter of time not if..we just don't know when, but it is a bear market so generally taking short position when there is a bad news on certain stock banks for instance or on the index could be a better strategy, but we better be quick to take the profits or cut the losses.
