As regards 1 I thought that the CEO made it clear they are not sellers unless the price is substantially higher. Given where and in what currency they make money That price must keep on rising.
Possible but the volume 398k versus ave of around 65K suggests that the buyer was is impatient and its a sizable purchase. The gap between buyers and sellers is pretty large.
You suggesting he put some money in his pocket - Well I wouldn't - I cannot see what his alternative investment would be.
