How do you feel about Company A acquiring Company C assets and then selling them to Company B [who was originally Company C].
And all the way along, the directors give themselves shares and options in all 3 companies [or is it 2 companies, twice removed?]
Have a look at Westgold, Navarre, Aragon - I think this is an ASIC or media job !!!!
