    How bout SS&T / WEG call an EGM for a board spill they need 50% plus 1 share of votes cast at the meeting - Or they sue for breach of contract and damages for being punted from the the J/V

    Presuambly PLV.S legal team have dotted all the i,s and crossed all the T,s and their chance of success on either of those options are slim but they other scenarios.

    Receivership is a 1 in 1000 possibility IMO -
