One bulge bracket bank first said buy then completely changed its mind, wonder they will feel if it goes upwards from here, if ur on the sellside, u can have a bet each way & noone can call you wrong, all sellside firms r all heros in hindsight. Think STO is safe, ORG overssold & WPL's projects will happen, p'haps with a lag. Markets always overreact & find a bottom. POO is just one of them.
