Acclaim Exploration has announced it has reached an agreement for the placement of 69,113,654 Shares at an issue price of 2.2cps and 69,113,654 free attaching Options ($0.05, 30 June 2008) to raise $1,520,500 and 200,000,000 Options ($0.05, 30 June 2008) at an issue price of 0.2c per option to raise $400,000. Both are subject to shareholder approval. Funds raised will be used to develop the Denny Dalton Project in South Africa. Placement/Appendix 3B (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).

The options were issued much later after shareholders' approval. Check the AEX's reports.
