We are not talking 1 cent for each of the option here - it is 20% of 1 cent each for the 200 million options, raising a small sum of $400k !!!

Tell me why a company want to issue 200 million options at 20% of 1 cent (many shareholders misunderstood the company's reports thinking it was 2 cents !!!) ?

Wouldn't it be better to issue shares for 2.2 cents each rather than 200 million options !!! But it did not happen that way - I wonder why ???????? Iam very interested to know who are the investors been granted the 69 million shares at 2.2 cents withy free options + the details of the optionholders of 200 million.

Tibbs, are you sure you are not mgmt of AEX, or a related party of AEX's directors !!!!
