Maybe because the whole of Australias 500 share holders received a letter stating they can sell their shares with no brokerage into the open market.
So I guess, if your a fund, wouldn't it be better to drop CML's price in order to buy this new flood of selling which will be coming, since people are too tight to spend $19.95 to sell it themselves :)
