Thank you god for sending me management like this!!!!! If you find other companies with management that have these horrible desires - please, please let me know who they are!

Nope, I do not agree with the above bit - sp salary incentives generate short term bottom line thinking - managers are only interested in the current year if you incentivise them like that - starts to sound like government looking to the next term eh?
