You will recall that I was attacked by the CNX guardians when I had the temerity to suggest the sp would go to 20c. They then abused me when I predicted 18c.
It is now half that sp.
I have never seen such a lack of insight since the Black Knight on Monty Python got his arms and legs cut off and then wanted to keep fighting.
What will be really interesting is whether the Convertible Note advance will now take place. I have no doubt that there would be conditions precedent relating to paid up capital.
Shareholders are damned if they do and damned if they don't. If the Convertible Note security is granted there is nothing left for shareholders anyway. If it is not advanced I'd say the money will run out a lot earlier than May 2012.
This reminds me very much of the Zero-Gen company-116 Million later and its wound up.
