Bapakmick the DERM in my opinion won't stop Carbon Energy from operating, they're just doing what all Government Departments do when assessing an application, moving slowly is they way they operate unfortunately.

I've been there on a few occassions, I know too well the way it happens, preventing work from beginning on time, just because of some minor detail, something that private enterprise could fix with the stroke of pen but in these departments it can take weeks, it infuriating to say the least.
