watso has noticed some wild claims bandied around, about the 500,000 oz, that axy have. in the back of watso's mind, some comment was made, that this should be valued at $100 oz.

gold is screaming northwards; gold stocks, seem to have a rocket underneath them - 500,000 oz should be worth something. sadly, if the ore, is mostly depth extensions of a previously mined pit (which is now full of tailings) - then it might be an expensive proposition. the cash costs of norton gold fields, should be a reasonable indicator (similar grade, same area) - and forget the rubbish from some poster, who claimed that norton spent too much, and had to push through volume, to try and get the costs down

never say never - but at least the company has the cash to do a bit of drilling... in all fairness, probably worth a punt. the only problem, is that this whole area, has been extensively explored, over the past 100 years (or whatever) or so - it is not exactly a new gold province
