My experience of getting close to management has almost always been adverse.
These guys are all drinking the cool aid and are in some way conflicted.
They can't see - let alone acknowledge - when or if there is a problem.
They can only see the upside and never the risks - let alone the downside.
One of my concerns is the problem of delusions of grandeur.
This results in massive capital raisings and humungous dilution for shareholders - but guarantees ever bigger salaries and bonuses for executives and Directors alike.
Shareholder returns are secondary to Director and management rewards.
My worst scars are from listening to Biotech CEO's but its not limited to Biotech!
I understand where you are coming from, but prefer positive market action.
