    I've been looking at some stocks with high dividends help and thinking about long term investments. Strong dividend history: 5.4 7.9 11.8 19.8 24.7 31.0 yet its trading at $2.29. They have LONG term debt, which appears to be okay at the moment. Is this undervalued or something I am missing?
