I posted a while ago on this. Although forrestry part is simply regulatory (and can be overcome), how are they going to mine it when its right next door to the ocean. Top part is OK but a lot of the deposit is very deep. A block cave will fracture into the ocean and allow sea water in. Any ideas? For me this is a risk that I want explained before I buy.
