Your question is an excellent one and Leo - Hun's answer is spot on.
I have tested the pulse of most of the brokers and bankers over the last couple of days.
Most of them see the same thing - uncertainty about the ability of the Chinese to fulfill their financial commitments, the power held by Chuck relative to all the other shareholders, the non removal of Chuck when they could have, the processing of external parties tailings at present, the loss of another ex patriate manager touted in Chuck's recent market update and the creditor legal proceedings in Ghana.
Unfortunately as Leo Hun pointed out there are people who are benefitting from the SP drifting downwards. Nobody knows whether it will stop.
Chuck has pissed off everyone.
