You need to take into consideration that the 1.5g/t grade gold is very close to the surface so PDI will be making money straight away without having to dig through tons of dirt and when these ore have been mine this tenement seem to have higher grade gold further down so the higher COP will be covered by these higher grade further down......this will what push the MC from $200M to $400M even if the strike zone doesn't extend to NE/NNE Banka but if they find similar deposit there, this will be a tier 1 gold mine for sure.
