The previous CEO was brought in to integrate and achieve synergies. I think the IT and WA issues were operational issues that were very much his responsibility.
I do agree this reflects poorly on the chair. He should have moved on much earlier, both himself and the previous CEO.
Let's see if they can clear the bar of very low expectations when the first half results are announced. My expectations have been so low in recent reporting seasons that they're under the floorboards.
