What is the big deal?

MailTv (Peter Boonen) (MTVA) wanted to buy into World Callnet (WC) a 19.6% stake after due diligence. WC claimed that MTVA was taking too long and served notice (SEC Filing) on MTVA. MTVA counterclaimed.

The resultant outcome was both parties withdrew their respective notices and opened the door for MTVA to hold up to 50% of WC That doesn't sound like a bad thing for MTVA (Peter Boonen).

Actually sounds like PB played hardball and won.
