Lianeisme, I got a reply from Mark 2 days ago asking exactly the same questions and his reply was that they are currently in discussions with various people in China, London and US to raise capital to progress towards the production goal etc,etc.
It seems to be the same story they have been spinning for many years and I do know as I am a long, long suffering foundation shareholder!
