It seems fairly clear that BUC an Towie have made up their minds in relation to voting No, seemingly more in protest / annoyance with BLR management and wanting to make that point known, than a true belief that BLR can mount an effective plan B.

I completely agree with your reasoning in respect to 'If voting No, then BLR needs to have a clear way forward / plan B available', and from the information available to me, BLR doesn't appear to have much choice other than to go through with the takeover by WUC. No doubt that is partly why some BLR shareholders are annoyed and that's understandable.

However, I don't believe there is much point in continuing to try to change BUC or Towie's (or others on this forum) mind in respect to a decision they are entitled to make.

In a nutshell; you have made your point, I agree it is valid, but there is no need to constantly badger people to change their mind, or try to force them to answer a question when it's clear they aren't going to.

Saying that, I have found a lot of your other posts quite informative (so keep them up), and have myself taken the opportunity to email Mr Glasier to clarify some information and ask some questions I had. Likewise, I have also emailed Mr Haynes to ask him certain questions.
