5 million shares will be a lick under 5% too, so potentially no need to make known who the buyer/seller is. Not sure how to read that - we'll need to see if a substantial holder notice comes out.
Coupled with the bot drip selling, which I don't really understand - 400 shares every 25-27 minutes for most of the day (keeping the price down?) - something's definitely up.
Does anyone know why people do this stuff?
