Same reason. price might be "high" but it's very low SOI. Market cap is "expensive" for shells that I look for, but the 3 amigos IMO deserve the premium I pay for. Others may have a different opinion and that's ok.

AUT took a while before they came up with an acquisition, if I'm not mistaken, Sharrocks mentioned that it was 9 months worth of work. I'm assuming that they have something lined up based on the "other 2" opportunities mentioned in the AUT roadshow. So maybe it won't take 9months? Who knows, for now it's all guess work.
