The founding heavy hitters of Bellevue have moved into this shell company this year. Parsons now owning 9% and shorrocks coming on board. There's something going on behind the scenes here and not often do you see such a tiny market cap at 20cents with these guys on. My guess is the old register is getting flushed out before a transformational 18months of drilling. Once this happens and the top 20 are all tightened up, the sell side will thin out and it will be one way traffic. Dyor, gltah
