My advice...always remember you have two ears and one mouth. Listen and learn, never be afraid of making a mistake or making a wrong decision.
But, try and learn from the error...as they say only a fool does the same thing over and over and expects a different result each time.
You know what I have learnt, the hard way...always get things in writing, never rely on handshake agreements...
