I don't see manipulation being at play, due to the low volumes that have driven the price lower recently. There doesn't appear to be any huge sell orders that are blocking upward movement.

I think it's more a case of the long term buyers having already bought in and/or accumulated up to their full positions. Now we are in a holding period until some positive announcements lure potential new investors into the CXY fold, which will have a positive impact on volume and share price.
