The science behind the benefit of A2 protein is Disallowed, full stop. Yes, some people have aversive reaction to A1 proteins but that is a mindboggingly small minority of people on planet earth just like how some people are allergic to even water. The benefit of A2 is a perpetuated lie and if there is any meta analysis done, it will be able to conclusively end the bullshit. Nothing but placebo. The share make me money, a whole lot of money but the whole rise of A2 is based on pseudo science. Goat milk on the other hand is nutritionally solid in the fundamentals. Its fat content, lactose content, etc are remarkably different to cows milk and they are fed different food too imagine.
