Mate, the point being made by us supporters of A2 is not that A2 milk can do anything for those who are truly lactose intolerant since A2 milk still contains lactose, but the fact that many people are misdiagnosed as lactose intolerant, when in reality they are A1 intolerant.

Hence why those who have tried A2 milk as opposed to regular milk who believed themselves to have been lactose intolerant, no longer experiencing the symptoms associated with lactose intolerance.

This is because A1 breaks down to an opioid derivative that causes inflammation of the bowel due to its trigger of a histamine release.

To be clear, whether or not there is any direct health benefit so to say is debatable, but it's the health disbenefit from the consumption of A1 that is foregone from drinking A2 milk that is more beneficial for one to drink from a health perspective.
