Hi All.
Advice Kindly sent by Jill Thomas on advice from (Clayton Utz) Sundance Resources Legal Advisors.
Assuming shareholders voted in favour, once the Court has approved the Scheme at the Second Court Date and the order issued by the Court has been lodged with ASIC (scheduled to be 19 December in the updated Fixed Timetable released on 22/10/12),from this point forwards the Scheme is considered to be binding on SDL and its shareholders.
So no other offers can be excepted. Too late for any future for Sundance Resources,Finished, feel gutted when you look at the results in three or four years time when it is in Production and making $Billions.
Regards
Westcott.
