You are correct in that it is not official but they are working on it (ie: draining the cow of more fees).
I think unofficial word is that the government peeps are taking too long to sign off on it.
as you know, anything from CCC should be taken as BS until proved otherwise.
But they do have a BEE partner...sort of.
