You actually may very well be right, as much as I hate to say it.
But, what still doesnt add up is the fact that there are a number of other oilers out there with much less potentail upside, no JV, much greater capital expenditure coming up in the near future and are not oil producing with higher share prices (taking into account the number of shares on offer).
NDO is sitting in a much better position than it was when it was 60c and yet the sp is getting hit.
I hope you are not right with your comments, and I do hope it is just some sort of manipulation going on that is stalling the sp increase.
Time will tell though.
